Final result:

I find this image from google images. Save image and try this photo.

To save image. Right click on photo then click on save image as then save in your system.

Open image in Photoshop

Then go to > Layer > New adjustment layer > curves.

Set curves like this:

Then again Go to layer > New Adjustment Layer > Gradient Map.

Then select black to white gradient.

It’s look like this:

Then go to layer options and set layer to overlay like this:

And also set opacity to 50%.

This is final result:
